You may cancel your order before the work has begun but at any instance the work has been done, partially done or you are paying interim payment of milestones then AATPL has the rights to reject any such claims.

If you already made the payment online, the refund shall be credited to the mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

Please note that once the work is done , work is partially done , payment for milestones work made then payment cancellation request is not possible.
